A goal-oriented professional with a passion for adventure.

Saveria Tilden proves a valuable asset to any team she collaborates with. Whether developing strategic partnerships for her clients or leading others in the outdoors, she continues to push her own limits and find ways to inspire others along the way.

Having worked with people across various industries, and having traveled all over the world, the ability to communicate and build relationships has become one of Saveria's greatest strengths. Saveria has held management and executive level positions in the film industry and for marketing and creative agencies. Her role as a leader and collaborator developed while working in these roles and with clients including Warner Bros, HBO, Universal, New Line Cinema, The North Face, GEICO, Odwalla, CLIF, Pioneer Electronics, olloclip and various State Park agencies. This work served as a launchpad for Saveria to start her own consulting business where she specializes in partnership development and strategy collaborating with companies and organizations committed to connecting people to the outdoors. This has included work with start-ups and REI’s Outessa a national retreat series for women where she managed the partners and built the event program.

In addition to her management background and consulting work, Saveria has taught in various capacities for over 20 years, both in the classroom and in the field. Her work with REI’s Outdoor School as an instructor in climbing, navigation, SUP, cycling, hiking, and backpacking, gave Saveria the opportunity to combine her love of teaching and the outdoors. Saveria also channels these passions into giving back to her community serving on the Board of Director for the American Hiking Society, as a Sierra Club trip leader and instructor for its Wilderness Travel Course, and for Camber Outdoors as their regional event manager.

Saveria's love of adventure and travel has taken her to five continents and twenty countries… with the hope of visiting many more. She has finished three Ironman Triathlons and has summitted notable peaks including Mt. Rainier and a winter summit of Mt. Whitney via the mountaineers route. You can be confident that Saveria achieves what she puts her mind to!

Betty loves adventure. Whether she is playing with her friends on a morning hike, hanging at the campfire, chillin' at the crag, or backpacking with her humans she is ready to go! 

Stormin' Norman had the heart of a lab in a bulldog body. He loved a good adventure, chasing waves, car camping and hanging at the crag. He will be missed 12.1.06- 1.21.19
