The American Hiking Society (AHS) is the only national organization that promotes and protects foot trails, their surrounding natural areas, and the hiking experience. I am proud to represent AHS currently on their Board of Directors and formerly as one of their Ambassadors, a Volunteer Vacations crew leader, and the Southern California National Trails Day Regional Coordinator.   

Sierra Club Outdoors reaches across economic lines, cultures, and communities, to engage everyone -- including military and youth -- to explore and enjoy the natural world. I am honored to be part of their National Leadership Team, a volunteer outings trip leader in the Angeles Chapter, and a leader in the Wilderness Travel Course.
